Important Conditions

• Submission of this form does not guarantee warranty approval.
• Claims containing missing, inaccurate, or false information will be denied.
• Proof of purchase (invoice), clear photos or videos of the part, and installation details are required.
• Parts damaged due to improper installation, misuse, modification, electrical issues, normal wear and tear, or incorrect part selection are not covered under warranty.
• Labour costs, diagnostic fees, and consequential damages are not covered.
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
• Claims submitted without valid supporting documentation will not be processed.
• All claims are reviewed by our technical team and/or the manufacturer, and the final decision rests solely with them. If approved, the resolution may include replacement, refund, or store credit, as determined by company policy.
