Little bit of a challenge to fit everything and figure out which wire goes where but works really well once it's all put back together

Element arrived earlier than scheduled. But I found out it was not an exact match with the existing element i was replacing. The supplied blade terminals were the wrong size. So I had the hassle to get the right size terminals. I am giving 4 stars because I managed to get it to work thanks to the instruction sheet. Still had to figure a few things out. Would have appreciated to have an extension wire.
