The part that arrived is exactly the part I needed / ordered. Delivery was on time and although the package was a little crushed it did not affect the part in any way. The replacement model is nicer than the original as the rinse indicator actually shows a fill scale rather than just empty or not.

It’s an updated version of the dispenser— easy to install and now my dishwasher feels brand new again! It was quickly shipped with no issues.

After going to 3 or 4 other country-wide parts distributors, and having no luck in sourcing the part I needed, I finally went to Parts Of Canada and they had the part in stock, on the shelf. Other suppliers told me that LG had stopped making that model Soap Dispenser and that I would not find it anywhere. Parts Of Canada told me there was an upgraded part which replaced to older version. They were really on the ball, helped me place the order online and then notified me within a few hours of placing the order that I could pick the it up at their distribution centre. They were well organized and most efficient. I’ll certainly go to them FIRST in future. Well done guys…I was impressed.
