Bought this W10823713 to replace my blown 7406P368-60. Terminals are in different locations on element and temp sensor. The instructions could be better/clearer.. Make note of which terminals are 1a,1b, 2a, 2b. on old and new element. And then transfer connections from old to new, 1 at a time. Take photos before you start. You will also have to transfer the 3 mounting feet on the bottom. Easy to do - Phillips screwdriver. The resistance of the new element is lower (because its new) and thus you will notice the new element running a little hotter (Perfectly good). This may dissipate over time. This was for my Maytag - MER5875QCS
As noted by others, the connections were a little different than the original element, but the new element did come with instructions on how to deal with that. Mix in a little common sense, and everything worked out. The coils in the element are longer than the original, so I suspect that this element will be hotter or faster to heat.
