RETURN /REFUND POLICY

At Parts of Canada Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to consumer legislation. Parts of Canada Ltd are happy to process genuine return requests for the appropriate reasons. Please read the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies.

We offer a 30-day return on all products purchased excluding:
• Special Order items
• Electrical Products
• Gas Products

Returns

Parts of Canada Ltd accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are in their originally sealed packaging with all original labels and no signs of use.

All eligible returns must follow the following criteria:

  • All products need to be returned in its original box and uncovered original label allows scanning.
  • All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Electrical products MUST be returned in the originally sealed box with all labels and no signs of use.
  • All plastic or rubber products returned with no installation signs or marks.
  • Unboxed water filters are not returnable for any reason.

All products are subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are imposed by the manufacturer.

If the 30-day period has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, you may return them to us. Parts of Canada Ltd will replace the products or refund the order if the replacement product is no longer available. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges for any error caused by our team. Parts of Canada Ltd may charge a restocking or other fees in connection with the return.

Water filters

All types of filters are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.

Other Returns

For returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped items, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the items. Special orders, OEM products, or open packages are not returnable for any reason according to the manufacturer's policy. Unboxed electrical products are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for a store credit.

Warranty

All products purchased from Parts of Canada Ltd are accompanied by a 90-day manufacturer warranty. This warranty ensures that, from the date of purchase, the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

During the 90-day warranty period, if a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues, Parts of Canada Ltd will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product with an equivalent or better item without charge to the customer. The warranty covers parts and labor for repairing or replacing the defective product.

Please note that the 90-day manufacturer warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized product modifications.
  • Damage or defects caused by improper installation, maintenance, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or defects caused by external factors, such as power surges, lightning, fire, water, or other acts of nature.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or filters, which are expected to be replaced during the product's normal lifecycle.
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers.

To make a warranty claim, please contact Parts of Canada Ltd within the 90-day warranty period and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant documentation or images. Parts of Canada Ltd may also request the return of the defective product for inspection before providing a repair or replacement.

Refund Procedures

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team within 72 hours. Your refund will be in the form of the payment method used for the purchase and processed within 5-7 days. If you haven't received your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer support team as there may be the following issue.

1. Processing delays due to wrong or missing details or information.

2. Return process doesn't follow the manufacturer's return policy.

3. Returned item is not eligible for a return /refund.

4. Missing return Authorization number or return request.

5. All Electrical products must be returned sealed and unused to be eligible for a refund.

6. Unboxed water filters are not returnable for any reason.

7. All products are subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are imposed by the manufacturer.

8. If the 30-day period has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and possessing the necessary knowledge to replace the product safely and correctly. Parts of Canada Ltd is NOT responsible for any property and/or body harm and/or damage caused by incorrect installation, product defects and/or any other possible factors.

Termination without Refund

Parts of Canada Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if users violate our Terms and Conditions, become verbally abusive to our staff, or engage in any inappropriate behavior. Parts of Canada Ltd also reserve the right to block access from the user's IP address.

All electrical products returned in the following conditions, may not receive a refund! 

  • Electrical products that returned with visible installation signs or marks.
  • Electrical products that returned with any type of visible physical damage.
  • Any product shows temper signs.
  • All returns that returned after the return window are closed. 
  • Any returns we receive without Authorization Number or Return Record.

Cancellation and Restocking Fees

If you place an order and then decide to cancel, a cancellation credit card processing fee will be applied.

All returns are subject to restocking fee stated by the manufacturer. 

Changes to the Refund Policy

Parts of Canada Ltd reserves the right to alter this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you can obtain an up-to-date copy by contacting us.
